Today’s merchant spotlight is HappyNest Play Center in Redmond.
HappyNest is, from the perspective of a parent (especially a stay-at-home parent) a veritable oasis of fun. Tucked away in Redmond behind the Redmond Town Center, HappyNest features toddler-sized slides, ball pit, toys, and books. Bring your kids in and turn them loose during the open play time, take one of the fantastic enrichment classes (music, dramatic movement, arts n’ crafts), or let the pros host your kiddo’s next birthday bash!
Sharon & Edith, the founders and co-directors of HappyNest, have carfeully designed the space to work for kids from newborn up to 7 years-old.
Babies up to 18 months – a safe enclosed area, foam structures, sensory stimulating toys and shapes, a size appropriate ball-pool,an activity table, and soft toys and blocks.
Toddlers: 1 to 3 years – Fine and gross motor activities, soft play shapes, dramatic play, bouncy balls and ponies, fun big slide and ball pool, soft play cars, and structures.
Older Kids: 4 to 7 years – children’s gym equipment, costumes and make-believe, train and cars table, various sizes of blocks for young engineers, art and craft area, reading corner.
And even better yet, there’s comfortable seating, coffee, snacks, and free wifi for the grown-ups to enjoy while the little ones work out all their wiggles!
