The shopping cart is live!
This feature has been highly requested by many of our merchants. We hope you are as excited as we are about this new capability! The shopping cart gives your customers the ability to book multiple listings in one transaction – saving them time and increasing your revenue.
The shopping cart is available across all three booking channels: Your website, your Facebook page, and the PlaceFull Marketplace. Below I’ve highlighted the experience across each channel by showcasing Artisan You!
After a customer purchases the listings in their shopping cart, you will receive a booking confirmation email for each listing. For example, if a customer adds two class listings to their shopping cart, you and the customer will receive a booking confirmation email for each one.
Share with your Facebook fans
Your customers are only going to use this feature if they know about it. Make sure to update your Facebook audience, ideally 2-3 posts spread out across this month. Additionally, if you’re using an email service provider (Mailchimp or ConstantContact), encourage your customers to fill their baskets by sending a short note. Feel free to use the image to the right and the Example Post below in your marketing campaigns!
